Milder weather is fast approaching and for some it has already arrived. For the Californians, Floridians and Hawaiians, pleasant weather is usually expected.

Those of us who living in climates where the seasonal changes between Spring, Summer. Fall and Winter are vividly different, look forward to the end of Winter and bad weather. However, along with milder weather comes the need for lighter weight clothing and items that show more of our bodies.

Females, especially, but also men, become concerned about how they will look in swimwear and shorts. This is both positive and negative. We can be motivated to really focus on shaping-up or we can be discouraged because we think we have such a long way to go to reach our ultimate goal. FIRST, love who you are–whether small, large or just right. You are unique and outstanding no matter what the packaging is.

SECOND, it is important for each of us to maintain a healthy life style. That means having a healthy diet and regular physical activity. Eating healthy meals and having a daily exercise routine will not only make you feel better, but also help you to live longer. (The “gospel” according to Theresa.)

Fashion designers now have styles that enhance the looks of all body types. Moreover, the friend or date who is looking for the “perfect mate” should take a look in the mirror first. If they don’t find perfection there, they may want to consider that the “perfect one” might not want them. Be discriminating in your selection of friends and significant others. Select those who like the “real” you not the “stage” you.

With that behind us, let’s concentrate on what we can do to be healthier and feel and look better in the days ahead. Est ablish

a plan of action. Include the following in your plan:

  • 8 weeks of  healthy menus — include many fruits and vegetables, decrease carbohydrates; drink lots of water and limit amoxil cheap alcohol
