spring thumb SPRINGING INTO SPRING …Here in Kansas March is hopping out like a lamb.  Days are milder and and one can almost smell Spring in the air.  This provides me with added motivation to shape up for Summer.  However, my fitness target is not a buy amoxil short term goal but rather a lifestyle changing one.
